About the Event
A day to gather with other like-hearted souls and celebrate the beginning of Autumn season. Expect guided meditation, a yoga practice, an art project, ceremony, journaling, a farm fresh lunch & tea! Please bring a yoga mat, a resuable tea mug, some paper/a journal, and any props you need to feel comfortable.
